Traveling on Rt. 55, take exit 238, then turn left at the stop sign to enter Wilmington. This route takes you across our famous Island, where some of the activities will be held for our Catfish Festival. The second stop light will be our main intersection. The two blocks North of that intersection will be the host to the Saturday flea market. Other days of the Festival, you will be able to turn left at that intersection and park, to visit some of our numerous Antique Stores and Specialty Shops!
Coming from Rt. 57, take exit 327 Peotone Rd, go west (away from Peotone) on Peotone Rd. approximately 17 miles to reach Rt. 53. Turn left there,
and be greeted by the Gemini Giant as you enter Wilmington. The first stop light will be our main intersection. The two blocks North of that intersection will
be the host to the Saturday flea market. Other days of the Festival, you will be able to right at that intersection and park, to visit some of
our numerous Antique Stores and Specialty Shops!
If you find yourself in the vicinity of Kankakee, Bradley or Bourbonnais, or camping at the Kankakee State Park, and would like to check us out, follow Rt. 102,
which becomes Water St., once you enter Wilmington. The second stop light is our main intersection. The two blocks North of that intersection will be the host to
the Saturday flea market. Other days of the Festival, you will be able to go straight at that intersection and park, to visit some of our numerous Antique Stores and Specialty Shops!
