approximately $35,000 not $200,000 as thought by the Engineers. Orr asked if this project can be done in
phases. Theobald explained the funding
is available through short term revenue bonds to be levied this fiscal year.
Mayor Strong suggested adequate funding be available for projects
before being brought before Council. Orr suggested bids be addressed at their respective
Committee Meeting then sent to Council for approval.

the approval

DISCUSSION: Wilmington High
School Update
ACTION: It
was mentioned the storm sewers for the new homes next to the High School are setting
on the property lines 4 ft. below the street.
Our Engineers feel insulating the pipes will be sufficient to eliminate frozen

heavy equipment crushing the lines because of their depth.

presented to the Council for payment approval.
ComEd disconnected the service of the old Police Station at our request. Unknown to all, the lift stations were
included on that account.
