                                    Alderman Hoppe made a motion and Alderman Hall seconded to open the meeting at 6:35 p.m.  All yes.  Motion passed.

 

DISCUSSION:            Minutes

 

ACTION:                     Alderman Studer made a motion and Alderman Gilmour seconded to approve the September 18, 2007 minutes as written and have them placed on file.  All yes.  Motion passed.

 

DISCUSSION:            Approval of Financial Reports

 

ACTION:                     Alderman Hermes made a motion and Alderman Mietzner seconded to approve the September 2007 Payables in the amount of $570,393.35 and the September 2007 Collector’s Report in the amount of $191,443.29.  All yes.  Motion passed.

 

DISCUSSION:            Ryan Street Property

 

ACTION:                     Sheryl Puracchio stated the contracts are being worked on and District 209-U School District is working on an intergovernmental agreement.  A summary will be provided upon closure of the legal issues.  

 

DISCUSSION:            Adjourn

 

Alderman Gilmour made a motion and Alderman Hoppe seconded to adjourn at 6:40 p.m.  All yes.  Motion passed.
