DISCUSSION:            Police Pension

ACTION:                     Robin Theobald explained to the committee she is working on the 2007 tax levy.  She is unable to obtain an actuary report for the police pension because he is owed two years of fees.  Robin stated that she had faxed their attorney today requesting payment from the police pension board.  At the current time the only thing to base the levy on is the actuary report from the State.  Based on the funding ratio this year the State is requesting the City to pay $165,207.00.  Robin asks the committee to consider whether or not to levy the exact amount.  In the previous years we have levied a higher amount.
