DISCUSSION: Approval of Financial Reports
ACTION: Alderman Mietzner made a motion and Alderman
Strong seconded to Approve the November Collector’s Report in the
Amount of $219,025.72 and the December Payables in the amount of $548,881.83. All
yes. Motion passed.
DISCUSSION: Approval of NIPC Annual Contribution
ACTION: Alderman Hoppe made a motion and Alderman
Gilmour seconded to NIPC 2006 Annual Contribution of $820.00. All yes. Motion passed.
DISCUSSION: Tax
Levy & Bond Ordinances
ACTION: Alderman Plese asked if anyone had any
questions about passing these documents tonight. There were none. The Bond
Company will have representatives at the Council meeting tonight.
DISCUSSION: Intergovernmental Agreement-Will
County Enterprise Zone
ACTION: Attorney Hanson explained the resolution. He stated that the Council could pass this with a contingency of
review and recommendation by the City’s Attorney.
Approve Resolution #2005-14
Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement Between the City of Wilmington and the
County of Will, Subject to Attorney Review and Modification. All
yes. Motion passed.
