ACQUISITION COMMITTEE MEETING

 

TUESDAY, MARCH 20, 2007

 

WILMINGTON ADMINISTRATION CENTER

WILMINGTON, IL  60481

 

 6:30 P.M.

 

 

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.  Upon roll call, City Council Members Joe Hermes, Russ Gilmour and Bob Strong, Jonathan Mietzner, Helen Hoppe, Jay Plese, Floyd Comes and Marty Orr  were present.  Finance Director Robin Theobald and City Administrator John McIntyre were also present.  Administrator McIntyre also served as Acting Recording Secretary for the meeting.

 

Finance Director Theobald gave a brief overview of the monthly financials.  She then described Wilmington’s budgeting process and where the city was in producing the upcoming year’s budget.

 

A special meeting of the City Council to discuss the wastewater treatment plant has been scheduled for Wednesday, March 28.     

 

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
