CDBG Pay Request
ACTION: Alderman Hermes made a motion and Alderman Brown seconded to open discussions at 6:36 pm. All yes. Motion passed.
(See attached). First payment needs to be approved on the
Kankakee River Drive Project. Work is
progressing well.
DISCUSSION: Rotary Downtown Light Project
ACTION: (See attached). The Committee directed Nelis to make this a next year’s budget item.
DISCUSSION: Will
County Tax Rate Calculations

stated that the City has hit its tax cap and got every dime available.
DISCUSSION: Update-Budget
2005 & Appropriations 2004
ACTION: Budget should be available mid-May, Appropriation Ordinance to be approved mid-May as well.
