ACTION: Alderman Hermes made a motion and Alderman Mietzner seconded to Open the meeting at 6:33 p.m. All yes. Motion passed.
Alderman Mietzner made a motion and Alderman Hoppe seconded to approve the minutes as written and have them placed on file. All yes. Motion passed.
DISCUSSION: Approval of Financial Reports
ACTION: Hermes asked anyone if they had any comments
on the financial report. Theobald
reviewed the financial reports and stated that she was working on the budget.
DISCUSSION: Deer Ridge SSA issue
ACTION: Mahoney explained that he will be requesting a delay in the approval tonight due to incomplete documentation
