ACTION: Alderman Hoppe made a motion and Alderman Strong seconded to open the meeting at 6:35 p.m. All yes. Motion passed.
Alderman Gilmour made a motion and Alderman Johnston seconded to Approve the minutes as written and have them place on file. All yes. Motion passed.
DISCUSSION: Approval of Financial Reports
ACTION: Alderman Mietzner made a motion and Alderman
Strong seconded to approve the May Collector’s Report in the amount of $140,818.51
and the May Payables in the amount of $165,023.35. All yes. Motion passed.
DISCUSSION: Davy Issue
ACTION: The issue involved attorney reimbursement of $247.50 from a lot split issue in the Davy Industrial Park. The Committee decided to have Mr. Davy attend the next Committee meeting to address this.
DISCUSSION: Miscelleaneous
ACTION: T-Mobile Contract – McIntyre stated that
the contract has been executed and they took out their permits today.
