DISCUSSION: Minutes
ACTION: Alderman Hermes made a motion and Alderman Mietzner seconded to open the meeting at 6:35 p.m. All yes. Motion passed.
Alderman Orr made a motion and Alderman Mietzner seconded to Approve the minutes as corrected to read “in the future developers will incur the costs” and have them place on file. All yes. Motion passed.
DISCUSSION: Approval of Financial Reports
ACTION: Committee reviewed the financial reports.
DISCUSSION: Accounts Payable
ACTION: Theobald explained the necessity to approve the payables twice a month as it had been done in the past. The Committee agreed and this policy will be implemented immediately.
DISCUSSION: Audit Review
ACTION: The
auditor just received the Police Pension information today so the review will
take place at the next Council meeting.
Theobald said the revenues are up and the only account that has gone
over budget is the building & grounds fund due to unexpected repairs, such
as the ones to the lights at the Children’s Memorial Park.
