DISCUSSION:           Subdivision Ordinances

ACTION:                   These ordinances will be ready for the final reading on December 20.  Puracchio submitted these to the attorney to put into correct ordinance form. Orr asked Puracchio to check with the attorney if all ordinances could be approved in one motion.

DISCUSSION:           Park District Impact Fees Ordinance

ACTION:                   Orr stated that he had met with the Park Board.  He thoroughly researched this ordinance.  He liked Channahon’s ordinance so he incorporated some of their ordinance into Wilmington’s park ordinance.  The two points that need to be addressed were the City turning over the park land to the park and have the builders directly pay the park instead of the City.  Orr submitted a document with changes he would like to make. (See attached).  After much discussion it was agreed to eliminate number 4 on the second page of Orr’s corrections.  Orr asked Puracchio to e-mail him the attorney’s version of the ordinance so he could cut and paste into his version.  He will bring this back to Committee at the next meeting.

DISCUSSION:           Adjournment

ACTION:                   Alderman Orr made a motion and Alderman Hoppe seconded to adjourn the meeting at 6:45 p.m. All yes.  Motion passed.
