PRESENT: Mayor McGann, Laura & Steve Vercelli, City Financial Administrator Nick Narducci, Executive Secretary Puracchio

DISCUSSION: City Hall Staff

ACTION: Alderman Kasalko made a motion and Alderman Brown seconded to open discussions at 5:35 p.m. All yes. Motion passed.

Alderman Kasalko asked for a motion to go into Executive Session.

Alderman Cox objected. He first asked who called the meeting and he felt it shouldn’t be an Executive Session. The Committee expressed that Alderman Cox had missed a majority of the meetings and that is why he is unclear on what has been happening with office staff. Narducci explained that he had a conversation with City Labor Attorney Sakelleriou and this meeting should be an Executive Session meeting because the Committee would be speaking about specific personnel. Alderman Cox stated that if the Committee would be speaking about Sue Johnston then he would agree to Executive Session but not if the Committee would be speaking about office job duties.

Alderman Kasalko made a motion and Alderman Strong seconded to go into Executive Session at 5:45 p.m. All yes. Motion passed.

Alderman Kasalko made a motion and Alderman Brown seconded to come out of Executive Session at 6:57 p.m. All yes. Motion passed

Alderman Kasalko made a motion and Alderman Brown seconded to go back into Regular Session at 6:57 p.m. All yes. Motion passed.

While in Executive Session the Committee took no action.

DISCUSSION: Adjournment

ACTION: Alderman Kasalko made a motion and Alderman Hermes seconded to Adjourn the meeting at 6:58 p.m. All yes. Motion passed.
