The Committee discussed at length of who is responsible for police coverage.  The Committee decided to recommend that the liquor establishments will be responsible.  The Police spent all their time policing these establishments.  When the establishment applies for a special event license the fee will be increased. This will be discussed at the Liquor License Meeting on September 20. The Committee also discussed their concerns with the location of the mud volleyball event.  There were many near misses of people being hit on RT 53.  They want the event to be moved further back on the site and block off the view on the street side.
