A representative from the Merchants Association will get the sign locations to the City. He also requested that the Association get the dates of their events to the City Administrator so dates could be approved and by the Council and if streets closings were needed the Police Chief would also have to sign off on. Orr also asked that McIntyre check to see what it would take to partition off the Claire’s Corner building so it could be utilized as an unmanned visitors center.
