122.01 Service stations.
Any person, firm or corporation desiring to install, maintain or operate
an automobile service station or self-service gas station in the city shall
first make application therefor. Such application shall specify the location and
ownership and shall be accompanied by the license fee. If a part of a station is
to be a full service and a part to be self-service station, only one license fee
shall be charged. If such service station has convenience food items for sale,
the fee shall be an additional amount as specified in this chapter. (Ord. 1002,

122.02 Fees.
The fee for a service station without convenience food items shall be $25.
The fee for a service station with convenience food items shall be $50. For the
purpose of Section 122.01 and this section, “convenience food items”
excludes pop, candy and cigarette or tobacco items, but includes any place that
sells any item of bread, milk, canned goods or other perishable or nonperishable

122.99 Penalty.
Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not
less than $25 nor more than $500, and a separate offense shall be deemed
committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 1002, passed
