BUSINESS PERSON OF THE YEAR:
C James Reeves, President of the Wilmington Rotary Club, was selected Business Person of the Year for 2007 by the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce.
Jim, director of Reeves Funeral Home, is the fourth Rotarian to be selected, an honor well deserved.
Previous members selected were Bill Dennis, '99; Mike Cripe, '00; Steve Francis, '01
In the tradition of Rotary all the recipients are very involved in community activities.

Dinner Theatre
Wilmington's Community Theatre will present JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR(R) DREAMCOAT. The music was
composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber and the lyrics by Tim Rice.
Under the direction of Marcia Mellott, this amateur production will be the Community Theatre's sixth annual production. A
special presentation will be Saturday, December 5, 2009, for the WILMINGTON ROTARY CLUB'S evening fundraiser dinner.

Ms Mellott has gathered together a "cast of thousands" of local talent to perform this magnificient, colorful production.
Many of the cast have been with Ms Mellott the past five years
Tickets are available at the door as well as at the high school and Whitmore Ace Hardware after November lst. The
performances will be held at the new high school.....$10; $8 for students and seniors. All tickets for December 3rd are
$8.

Wilmington Rotary Cruise - Charity Car, Motorcycle, and Truck Show, 2010
June 19, 2010 (rain date, June 26, 2010) and August 21, 2010 (rain date, August 28, 2010)
North Water Street in downtown Wilmington, Illinois on Historic Rte 66 (where route 102 meets route 53).
The event will begin at 6:00pm. Trophies, awards and Raffles given through out the evening. Gates open at 5pm.
Showing Vehicles will pay $10 at the gate. Walking public is free.
T-shirts to 1st 50 vehicles, Dash Plaques to 1st 100 and Goodie Bags to the 1st 200.

Food will be provided by the Wilmington High School INTERACT Club. Downtown merchants are open late.
